The Monteluz seal: the sun rising over the mountain and the water, crowned by olive branches
The Monteluz seal. The sun rising over the mountain and the water — the light that moves us to live — crowned by the olive branch, symbol of honor and longevity since the Greeks.
The Monteluz tree of longevity: crown and roots mirrored, golden light at its heart and water beneath its roots
The tree of longevity. Its roots grow as large as its crown: the years already lived are what hold us up. And the light does not fall from above — it rises from behind, like the golden hour. The golden years are not a shadow: they are a source of light.

The most luminous years of life deserve the best place to live them.

Not a nursing home — longevity

Designed to add years of healthy life

In the U.S., assisted living averages close to $6,000 USD a month — and it rarely includes a private villa, a heated pool or a personal health plan. Monteluz was born from a different idea: the science of longevity applied to daily life, in a boutique community of only 10 residents, in one of México's most beautiful colonial cities. For families living abroad with parents in México, it is the peace of mind you have been looking for.

01

Personalized nutrition

Delicious menus designed around each resident's biology, guided by current nutrition research. Real cooking — never hospital food.

02

Heated swim lane

03

Sauna & recovery

A wellness protocol inspired by the world's most studied longevity practices.

04

24/7 care

On-site nursing, permanent security and true community — independence with professional backup. Gym in phase two.

The villas

Their own home, within a community

Every villa is independent: bedroom, living room, kitchenette and private bathroom, with a floor-to-ceiling insulated glass facade that fills each morning with light. Total privacy when they want it; company a few steps away when they seek it.

Only 10 exist. Each villa is delivered ready to live in, fully accessible and designed with dignity — nothing at Monteluz resembles a hospital.

Water & wellness

Water as daily medicine

The heart of Monteluz is its water courtyard: a swim lane, a waterfall and gardens that turn exercise into pleasure instead of obligation. Beside it, the glass-walled nursing station cares without intruding.

Life in community

The long table where no one eats alone

Shared meals under the pergola, a glass-cube café and spaces designed so families love to visit — loneliness is the greatest health risk in old age, and Monteluz was designed against it. When you fly in for the holidays, this is a place you will be proud to walk into.

The project

Under construction, opening in 2027

Monteluz rises in Jesús del Monte, the area with Morelia's best climate and highest property value — on its own land, steel structure, built by a family team that has spent two years making this dream real.

Being first has advantages: Founders List members get priority in villa selection and preferential pre-opening terms.

Location

In Morelia's premier growth corridor

Monteluz grows in Jesús del Monte, on the south side of Morelia — the Altozano corridor: mountain air, oak woods and the city's residential area with the strongest future. Morelia is a UNESCO World Heritage city with daily direct flights from Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and Houston.

  • 🏥 Hospital Ángeles minutes away — the medical peace of mind families look for
  • 🛍️ Paseo Altozano nearby — cafés, cinemas, medical offices; visits become outings
  • 🎓 Tec de Monterrey as a neighbor — a district of knowledge and good company
  • ✈️ Morelia International Airport — direct flights to and from the U.S.
